1. We support our troops no matter if you are against the war, or for the war, our troops come first.

2. If you are a veteran of foreign wars you must join the Avenel V.F.W. If you are not a member you must become an auxiliary member.

3. All proceeds will be turned over to the Avenel V.F.W. We are a non-profit motorcycle club.

4. Auxiliary members have no say in V.F.W. business. Only regular members can attend meetings.

5. We are a 99% motorcycle club. We are not trouble makers and are not affiliated with any other clubs. We do not support or attend any picnics of clubs with outlaw patches or 1% as we know. We are men and women of honor. There is not fighting among our brothers and sisters. It is strictly not tolerated!

6. All must pay for your own set of colors. You can wear your colors at time and be proud of them. No additional patches are to be worn on own the back other than the clubs colors. A 99% patch, an American eagle and your name or rider name on the front. Additional patches and pins maybe added to the front.

7. Men and woman of any race, color or religion are welcome. We are not a Harley club.

8. The remaining 1% of our club is to protect our brothers and sisters that are in harms way. Always remember to talk your way out of a situation first. Defuse the incident and walk away. Honor always comes first.

9. We ride safe and in formation. We obey all traffic laws and ride within the speed limit. If a member breaks down at least 2 other members will stay with that rider till help or assistance arrives.

10. If a member is issued a D.W.I. while on their motorcycle, they are removed from the club. After time served they can be re- instated if voted on by the membership. The second D.W.I. YOU’RE OUT FOR GOOD.

11. You may leave the club at anytime. No questions asked. The colors must be turned into the club. No refunds.

12. Safety always comes first. There is no tolerance for unsafe driving or just stupid behavior while riding. You will be fined up to $50.00 for such mistakes.

13. If you wish to get a tattoo of the clubs colors you may do so at anytime. If you leave the club “retired” must be tattooed below the clubs colors.

14. We support the Blue Knights (POLICE), the Red Knights (FIRE DEPT) and the patriots that help bring our brothers.

15. If called upon to attend a funeral or wake for a fallen brother, we will do our best to attend to show support.

16. Most of our rides will be held on Sundays. You may ride with your color any day that you choose. Always respect your color and be proud of them and what they stand for.

17. Always have a copy of the bylaws with you at all time. Additional copies are helpful. We always welcome new members.

18. We will hold one meeting a month at the Avenel V.F.W. on a designated night during the week. We do not interfere with post business. We always welcome new ideas.
